Bret A. Cantwell

HERMON - Bret A Cantwell, 41, died unexpectedly March 24, 2025 at a Bangor hospital. He was born February 10, 1984, in Bangor, to George Jr. and Debbie (Shaw) Cantwell.

Bret attended Hermon schools and was a Diesel Mechanic since he was 16. He worked at Lee’s Concrete for 3 years. He loved pull trucks, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, camping and most of all, spending time with his daughters.

He is survived by Makenzie, Micah and their mother, Kristina; sister, Kim her husband, Steve, and their three sons, Jordan, Dillon and Damon; brother, George III and his wife, Erika, and her two daughters, Michaela and Chey; sister, Loretta; best friend, David Grant Jr.; his boss and friend, Darrin and Krystal; and several other family and friends that he loved very much (to many to list).
