Christopher Royal

Christopher (Chris) Andrew Royal, 62, of Bradford, ME, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at his home in Bradford. He was born in Bangor, ME on August 18, 1963, Chris was married to his loving wife, Linda for 40 years. He is the son of Edmund Royal (deceased), and Sheila Singer who currently resides in Bradford, ME.

Chris was a devoted husband and step-father who loved his children deeply and was immensely proud of all of their accomplishments. He found joy in the simple pleasures of spending time with his family, and delighted in sharing time with his friends, many from his childhood.

Chris grew up in Bangor, ME and graduated from Bangor High School in 1982. He was a talented mechanic and carpenter, skilled in his work. Chris worked at the Parker/Timber lumber mill in Bradford for over 20 years, which he really enjoyed. Chris was widely respected by his colleagues. Chris was a passionate fan of the New England Patriots and enjoyed fishing and camping in Northern ME with his wife, Linda. Chris took great pride in his home and his many projects in the garage.

Chris is survived by his wife, Linda; and her two daughters, Heidi Nicholas and Amanda Rowe; as well as son- in-law, Justin; and grandchildren, Quinn and Braxton. He is also survived by his brother, Bion (Rus) Pike and his wife, Joan; and nieces, Isabelle and Sophie Pike.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring. Prayers and support are greatly appreciated.
