Gregory Chamberlain

July 31, 1967 — January 16, 2026

Gregory Lee Chamberlain, 58, passed away January 16, 2026, in Corinth, Maine. Greg was born on July 31, 1967 in Fort Fairfield, ME and grew up in Caribou, Maine. He was the beloved son of Clifford C. Chamberlain and Judith L. Chamberlain.

A proud graduate of the Caribou High School class of 1985, Greg embarked on a career in construction two years later. His charismatic and motivated spirit led him to start his own business, which flourished for many years in the greater Bangor and mid-coastal areas of Maine. Greg's business was known for building both luxury and family homes, and for lending a helping hand to community members in need of small fix-it jobs.

Known for his versatility, Greg was truly a jack-of-all-trades. His work was a testament to his dedication, passion, and commitment to quality. Despite his professional achievements, Greg's greatest joy came from the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid dog-lover, a trait that endeared him to all who knew him.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Clifford, and his mother, Judith. He leaves behind a rich legacy, which will be cherished and continued by his son, Ben Chamberlain and his wife Emily; his siblings, Joseph and his wife, Lorraine, James and his wife, Lisa, Steven and his wife, Becky, and Rhonda; as well as a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins. His love, kindness, and humorous nature will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A celebration of life will be held for Greg in the spring. Further information regarding the date and location will be provided as time draws near. For those wishing to express their condolences to the family or share a memory, you may do so at SimpleCremationofMaine.com.
