Maxine Ronco

MAXINE (BRENDA) RONCO

April 30, 1948 - April 15, 2025

Brenda passed away at home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Greenville, Maine, the daughter of Oakley and Ethel Jenks.

Brenda graduated from Greenville High, class of 1966. After graduation she moved to Bangor and worked for Freese's department store. She and Robert met and married in 1970. Over their 54+ years of marriage she held many jobs, her favorite being Mr. Paperback.

Brenda was a true people person. She was kind, generous, liked, and respected by all who knew her.

Surviving in addition to her husband Robert Ronco, Jr. are her daughter Gwen and her husband Shawn Ellis of Orland, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents, sister Jackie Macomber, and nephew Steven Macomber.

A special thank you to the St. Joseph's hospice team for keeping her comfortable in her final days.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
