Robert Lee Walters

Robert L. Walters, 40, passed at his home on March 2, 2026, a from complications related to cancer. He was born January 2, 1986, in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Rick and Alesa (Carroll) Walters. 

Robert graduated from Elizabethtown High School, class of 2004. He went on to graduate from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College with Associates degrees in health information technology and medical records. He married Angela Brackett in 2011, and they settled in Bangor, Maine.

 Surviving in addition to his wife, Angela (Brackett) Walters, are his parents, Rick and Alesa (Carroll) Walters; one brother, Reid Walters and his wife, Madison, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and cousins.

 A graveside service will be held at a later date for close friends and family in Kentucky.
