Timberly Memmelaar

Timberly Louise Barker Memmelaar of Bangor, Maine, passed away unexpectedly on October 27, 2025. She was the daughter of Donald H. Barker and Jacqueline B. Brochu of Brewer, Maine. Timberly dedicated her life to gardening, cooking, and hosting family gatherings. In her spare time, she enjoyed visiting the waterfront for picnic lunches. Timberly was known for her beautiful singing voice and her ability to play the piano, with favorite artists including David Phelps and Brian McKnight.

She deeply loved her family and is survived by her three children: Michael S. Memmelaar of Windham, Maine, Andrew M. Memmelaar and his husband, Powell Vacha, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and Erica M. Bergin of Glenburn, Maine. She also leaves behind her granddaughter, Courtney Roberts, and her husband, Robert Roberts, of Glenburn, Maine. Timberly was preceded in death by James Robertson.

In lieu of a service, the family requests donations to the Bangor Humane Society, as Timberly had a deep love for animals
